Document scanning built in

Photograph the vet bill. Fosia files the cost and the results.

Fosia reads vet receipts and lab reports, turns them into dated expenses and health metrics under the right pet, and charts how those numbers move. When the vet asks when something started, you have the date.

Free to start. Works for any pet with a weight, a routine and a vet.

Receipts stop disappearing

Line items become dated expenses under that pet, with a category. What the year cost is a number, not a guess.

Lab values become a line

Blood panel results sit on the same timeline as weight, so a drift is visible while it is still small.

Nobody double-doses

Everyone on the profile sees the same schedule and what has already been done today.

What Fosia does

Paperwork in, records out

Most pet apps are a form to fill in. Fosia starts from what you are already handed at the clinic and builds the record from that.

Scan a receipt or a lab report

Point the camera at a vet invoice, an itemised bill or a blood panel. Fosia extracts the amounts, dates and values, matches the lab values to the metrics it already tracks, and prepares the records. You review the draft and tick what to keep. Nothing is saved until you say so.

What each pet costs

Spend tracked per pet and per category, from scanned receipts or entered by hand. Useful when you are deciding on insurance, or splitting costs with someone.

Weight and condition trends

Every weight, vital and recurring symptom is charted over months. Slow change is the kind you miss by living with it, and the kind that matters most.

Describe it instead of filling a form

Type what happened in a sentence. Fosia works out which records that is, drafts them against one pet, and shows you the draft to correct before it saves.

"Skipped dinner, licking her paw again" 2 records drafted for review

Meds, vaccines and routines

Set a schedule once. Fosia reminds whoever is on duty and records who actually did it.

FAQ

Questions

What can Fosia read from a document?

Vet receipts and itemised invoices become dated expenses with categories. Lab reports become health metric values, matched against metrics already on the pet where the names line up. Fosia shows the extracted draft first, and only the lines you tick are saved.

What if it reads something wrong?

Every extracted value is editable in the review screen before it is saved, and Fosia lists what it could not interpret rather than guessing. Nothing goes into the pet's history without your confirmation.

Which pets does it work for?

Dogs and cats mostly, but nothing is species-locked. Rabbits, birds, reptiles and horses all fit, since the record is built from weights, routines, costs and vet visits.

Someone sent me an invite link. What do I do?

Open it on your phone. With Fosia installed it goes straight to the join screen. Otherwise install Fosia, then open the link again, or use Join by invite in the app and scan their QR code.

Does Fosia replace a vet?

No. It keeps the record and shows the trend. It does not diagnose or treat. The point is that you arrive at the appointment with the full history.

Who can see my pet's records?

You and the caregivers you approve for that pet. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Start with the last vet receipt you were given.

Photograph it, and the record starts there. A month from now the trend exists whether or not you remembered to look.
